Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and methods, necessary rules and standards for the correct use of financial policy when distributing the fees that are been paid because of the change of use of agricultural land.
Local governments will use the compensation to finance programs and measures for land development.
The funds obtained are used for programs and training measures for reconditioning of the arid land and to increase the production capacity of other agricultural lands.
