Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and procedure for exercising the right to use ground water for breeding fish and other aquatic organisms suitable for commercial cultivation in ponds and fish farms that are owned or held by persons or entities.
The right to use surface waters for breeding fish and other aquatic organisms suitable for commercial cultivation can achieve a natural or legal person who owns the pond or ponds, or the possessor of aquaculture ponds owned by another person or entity.
To exercise the right to use surface waters for breeding fish and other aquatic organisms suitable for commercial farming, Croatian Water Agency issues an expert opinion and specific conditions for water use in accordance with special Legislation.
