Abstract
This Regulation prescribes standards and requirements for policies and procedures for obtaining the right to exercise the use of inland waters for breeding fish and other aquatic organisms suitable for commercial cultivation in ponds and fish farms that are owned or held by the natural or legal persons.
The right to use the land for farming fish and other aquatic organisms suitable for commercial farming can be achieved by a natural or legal person who is the owner, or holder of the pond or ponds owned by other individuals or entities.
