Abstract
This Regulation prescribe the conditions and terms for the correct and sustainable use of the proceeds from the sale, rent and lease of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia and from fish farm concessions, which are revenues of the budgets of the units of local self-government and of the units of regional self-government where the agricultural land in question is located, in accordance with the provisions of article 74, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Law on Agricultural Land (Official Gazette 152/08).

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
Upon the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on conditions and terms of use of proceeds from sale and rent of and concession to State-owned agricultural land (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia, 102/02) will be no longer in use.
