Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary conditions concerning the design (of buildings, rooms, facilities, equipment and issues regarding the veterinary staff) which must be observed by all veterinary station, veterinary clinics, veterinary hospitals, veterinary practitioners, veterinary services and the center for reproduction and artificial insemination (when performing the veterinary services and/or related activities such as public duties on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
This Regulation further defines the terms for the implementation of the standard EN ISO/IEC 17020; and for the rules contained in the Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on official controls performed to verify the compliance with food Law and Regulations on animal health and welfare.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
