Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary conditions, criteria and method of granting the assistance/aid that is determined under the measure II.13. "Insurance of aquaculture stocks", part of the framework of the European Union Priority "Encouraging environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based aquaculture" within the framework of the Republic of Croatia and its Operational Programme for the Programming Period 2014-2020.
This Regulation is also in accordance with the provisions of the article 57 of the Regulation (EU) No. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund, and it is further in accordance with the cancellation of validity of the following documents: Council Regulation (EC) 2328/2003, Council Regulation (EC) No. 861/2006, Council Regulation (EC) No. 1198/2006, Council Regulation (EC) No. 791/2007 and Council Regulation (EU) No. 1255/2011.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
