Abstract
This Regulation determines the conditions, criteria and method for granting aid under Priority axis 1 "Measures for the adaptation of the fishing fleets of the European Union", measures 1.1. "Permanent cessation of fishing activities" under the Operational Programme for Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2007-2013, that was adopted by the Decision of the Croatian Government on the adoption of the Operational Programme for Fisheries of the Republic of Croatian for the programming period 2007-2013 (Official Gazette 38/2014), and approved by the European Commission Implementing decision of the Commission of 19 December 2013 on the approval of the operational program for Community assistance from the European Fisheries Fund.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
