Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary conditions, criteria and method of granting aid under Priority axis 1 "Measures for the adaptation of the fishing fleets of the European Union", Measure 1.2. "The temporary suspension of fishing activities" under the Operational Programme for Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2007-2013, adopted by the Croatian Government, and by the European Commission Implementing decision of 19 December 2013.
This Regulation also determines the support/fee that is aimed for one-time non-refundable financial outputs for the temporary suspension of fishing activities.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
