Regulation on conditions, criteria and manner of granting the aid under the measure I.8.

This Regulation determines the necessary conditions, criteria and method of allocation of support part of the EU priorities "Promoting environmentally sustainable, resource-efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based fisheries”, for the measures under the section I.8. "The protection of health and safety" also inserted in the framework of the implementation of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020, and further fully in accordance with article 32 and article 44 (paragraph 1, item b) of the Regulation (EU) no. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the European Fund for maritime affairs and fisheries and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 2328/2003, (EC) No. 861/2006, (EC) No. 1198/2006, (EC) No. 791/2007 and Regulation (EU) no. 1255/2011; also in line with the Regulation (EU) no. 2015/531 of 24 November 2014 and its amending Regulation (EU) no. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the eligible costs of the support from the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in order to improve the effective hygiene, health, safety and working conditions of fishermen, protection and restoration of marine biodiversity and ecosystems, climate change mitigation and to improve the energy efficiency of fishing vessels.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
