Regulation on conditions, criteria and method of granting aid under the measure "Productive investments in aquaculture" for the period 2017-2020.

This Regulation provides for the conditions, criteria and method of granting support under the Priorities of the European Union "Encouraging environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based aquaculture" measures "Productive investments in aquaculture”, which is part of the Republic of Croatia Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries for the 2014-2020, also in full accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and the abolition of Council Regulations (EC) Nos. 2328/2003, (EC) no. 861/2006, (EC) no. 1198/2006, (EC) no. 791/2007 and Regulation (EU) no. 1255/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council; Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and establishing general provisions on the European the Fund for Regional Development, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, and the abolition of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1083/2006,as well as delegated and implementing regulations arising therefrom.
The subject of this type of support is what is defined as an investment in aquaculture and aquaculture products with the aim of promoting environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based aquaculture. This kind of support shall be granted for investments with the purpose of increasing the production and modernization of existing aquaculture enterprises, or construction of new ones (for investments on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
