Regulation on the conditions, criteria, mode of selection, financing and implementation of local development strategies in fisheries.

This Regulation defines the necessary conditions, criteria, selection methods, financing issues and concrete implementation rules for the application of local development strategies in the fisheries sector (on the territory of the Republic of Croatia), in the context of the priorities of the European Union "Increasing employment and territorial cohesion", also part of the framework of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020.
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: article 62, paragraph 1, items b d; and article 63 of the Regulation (EU) no. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the European Fund for maritime affairs and fisheries and its repealing Council Regulations (EC) No. 2328/2003, (EC) No. 861/2006, (EC) No. 1198/2006, (EC) No. 791/2007; and (EU) no. 1255/2011.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
