Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions (also specific standards) regarding professional staff, premises and equipment that must be met by authorized laboratories for the purposes of inspection supervision and official controls and reference laboratories for testing items of general use, the procedure and method of authorizing official and reference laboratories for items of general use, as well as the area for which it is necessary to authorize reference laboratories. In order to obtain the authorization of an official laboratory, the laboratory has to submit to the ministry responsible for health affairs the request from Annex 1 of this text.
