Abstract
This Regulation prescribes specific conditions and riles regarding the participation of equids in competitions in the Republic of Croatia, including provisions on the method of collecting and exchanging data from such competition, issues on competent national institutions and the share of allocation and distribution of financial resources that may result from the competition or are previously prescribed by the rules of the competition. With this text several European Union legislative documents are transferred to the legal order of the Republic of Croatia (article 2).
