Abstract
This Regulation lays down conditions for the transit of animal products through the territory of the European Union exclusively by road from one country that is not a member of the EU to another country that is not a member of EU.
The official veterinarian, in case of fishery products, the border veterinary inspector or an agent appointed by the competent authority at border inspection station at the exit site, is responsible for determining the quality and sanitary conditions of items to be shipped from the territory of the European Union.
