Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the documentation, deadlines and procedure for announcing a public tender for the sale of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia. The documentation required for announcing a public tender for the sale of agricultural land is given in paragraph 2 of article 2 of this text. Participants in the public tender for sale of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia required to submit the documentation (listed in article 4) with their bid in order to participate in the public tender. The commission for the sale of agricultural land is obliged to analyze the bids submitted in the public tender for sale within 60 days from the expiration of the bid submission deadline (article 6). Designated administrative forms are give in the Annex of this Regulation.
