Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary documentation, administrative deadlines and related procedures for launching the public tender for sale of agricultural land, here only if owned by the Republic of Croatia.
The list of necessary documents is in article 2 of the text.
The Commission for the sale of agricultural land shall carry out an analysis of all submitted tender requests for sale within 60 days from the expiry of the deadline for the submission of such agricultural land property tenders (article 5).
The Annex (Tables 1 and 2) is also an integrated part of this publication (administrative forms; Commission related documents).
