Regulation on the conduction of public tender for the lease of agricultural land and lease of ponds owned by the Republic of Croatia.

This Regulation determines and provides for documentation, deadlines and procedure for the announcement of public tenders for lease of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia, including public tenders for lease of aquaculture ponds situated on agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia.
The above mentioned documentation is here listed as follows: list of cadastral parcels or production-technological units that are the subject to public tender; land registry extracts; ownership sheets; certificate of the county administrative body or of the City of Zagreb; measures to mitigate the negative impacts on the integrity of the ecological network area (if present); other statements (forest, mining and water related deliberations), see article 2 and 3 for the complete and detailed lists.
