Abstract
This Regulation re-edits and re-determines the necessary documentation, deadlines and related procedure for the announcement and conduction of public tenders for lease of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia and public tenders for lease of fisheries/aquaculture ponds owned by the Republic of Croatia.
The complete list of above mentioned documents is in article 2 as regards the agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia; and in article 3 as regards the state owned aquaculture ponds.
The Annex (tables 1, 2, 3 and 4; and forms 1, 2, 3 and 4) is also an integrated part of this publication (technical sheets; administrative and application forms).
