Abstract
This Regulation here determines the method of implementing the ecogeographic survey and collection, maintenance and regeneration, description and assessment of properties, documentation, as well as the sustainable use of plant genetic resources for food and agriculture, as well as the method of implementing the National Program for the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture. These rules shall apply to plant genetic resources that have actual or potential value for food and agriculture.
