Abstract
This Regulation defines the obligations of the producer, the way of marking, the conditions of waste management (collection, transport, storage, disposal), the obligation as regards the necessary data/records keeping, all related to the waste generated during construction activities and waste containing asbestos (hazardous waste and substance).
This Regulation hereby officially adopts (as regard the legal system of the Republic of Croatia) the rules stipulated by the Council Directive 87/217/EEC of 19 March 1987 on the prevention and reduction of the environmental contamination with asbestos.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
