Regulation on the content and method of keeping the records on water inspections conducted by the state water inspector.

This Regulation prescribes all necessary contents, form and manner for keeping the records (Official Register) on water inspections conducted by the state water inspector and on data related to the official visits made by the authorized and competent bodies.
The Register shall contain the following information: ordinal number of the inspection in the current year; date of the inspection; details of the supervised person (company/name and address of the legal person; company's name, last name and the owner's name and address, full name and address of a natural person, personal identification number); location and the address at which the inspection was conducted; list of all activities at the site; subject of the official inspection; type of inspection conducted; tag files according to the regulations on office work (classification); all measures taken (decisions, administrative measures, the appeal against the decision or administrative measures, misdemeanor charges, criminal charges).
