Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the content, form and manner of delivery of the necessary (during transport from the unloading site to the destination, including the FAO code for the related marine specie) transport documents for fishery products (commercial fisheries on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
This Regulation shall not apply to live bivalve molluscs, live echinoderms, live tunicates and live marine gastropods.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
