Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary content, form and manner to be respected when keeping records on conducted fishery and aquaculture related inspections performed by authorized persons.
The record on all activities of the fishermen's inspectors and authorized persons shall contain information on the performed inspection and direct supervision reports, including the list of actions taken and measures undertaken during and after the inspection, and its final data shall be kept in electronic form.
