This Regulation here prescribes the content, form and method of keeping records of inspections performed and measures taken by fishery inspectors and authorized persons. Fishery inspectors and authorized persons are obliged to fill in the record of the performed supervision, in electronic form, in the e-Zapisnik application. Fishery inspectors are obliged to store electronically completed records in PDF format in the electronic office business system as soon as possible (no longer than 72 hours) after the inspection. The e-Zapisnik application contains log templates that contain at least the following information: 1. name, headquarters and type of subject of supervision; 2. name of the body that performs supervision; 3. data on the persons attending the supervision; 4. designation of the case files according to the regulations on office operations; 5. place, day and time of the start and end of supervision; 6. object of control; 7. factual situation established by supervision or facts established by supervision; 8. pronounced measures; 9. signatures of persons attending the supervision. The e-Inspection application contains at least: 1. the record of the minutes of the performed inspections; 2. Proceedings according to the established factual situation (Administrative or misdemeanor proceedings); 3. legally pronounced misdemeanor legal sanctions.
