Regulation on the content, form and manner of registration of farms.

This Regulation hereby determines the necessary provisions for management of the computer database called “The unique animal registry”, and of the database “The Farm register”.
This Regulation defines that the Croatian Agricultural Agency is entrusted with maintaining the Central Register of Livestock (animals and farms).
This regulation regards the following: pig farms; farms with various cattle species regardless of the number of animals; poultry farms with more than 250 live animals/pieces, and all poultry farms from which poultry and eggs are placed on the market regardless of the number of animals; rabbit farms with more than 250 rabbits and all rabbit farms from which the products are placed on the market regardless; fish farms (crustaceans and molluscs); apiaries and bee pastures; facilities for business with reproductive material of domestic animals; and other as listed in the article 3.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
