Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the minimum content of the general act in the field of fire protection, intended for owners or users of buildings, building components, and other real estate and physical space and constructions/plants/ordinary facilities (properties classified into one of the categories with the recognized fire risk) according to the provisions and safety standards and rules provided by the Law on Fire Protection.
Contributions to the general reports and acts are: the official decisions on the classification of the fire risk categories; the mandatory implementation of plans for fire protection (warning plan, evacuation plan, emergency procedures, and etc.); the instructions for safe operation and procedures in case of fire in individual workplaces with increased risk for the occurrence and the possible consequences of fire or technology explosions with a concrete environmental risk.
