Abstract
This Regulation lays down the content of the notification and technical dossier for the placing on the market of genetically modified organisms or products containing and/or consisting of or deriving from GMOs and on the requirements for labelling and packaging of GMOs or products containing and/or consisting from GMOs.
A legal or physical person shall submit the notification for the placing on the market of GMOs or products containing and/or consisting of or deriving from GMOs to the competent authority.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
