Regulation on the content of the River Basin Management Plan.

This Regulation stipulates the detailed contents of the Croatian River Basin Management Plan, including the methodology for analysis, and the obligation on reports on the planned actions for the implementation of the principle of cost recovery of water services.
This Regulation also adopts the following EU directives: Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2000 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy; Directive 2009/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the geological storage of carbon dioxide and amending Council Directive 85/337/EEC, European Parliament and Council Directive 2000/60/EC, 2001/80/EC 2004/35/EC, 2006/12/EC, 2008/1/EC and Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006; Directive 2006/11/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 February 2006 on pollution caused by certain dangerous substances into the aquatic environment of the Community (Codified version) (Text with EEA relevance); Directive 2006/118/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on the protection of groundwater against pollution and deterioration; Directive 2008/105/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on Water Quality Standards in the field of water policy and amending and later repealing Council Directive 82/176/EEC, 83/513/EEC, 84/156/EEC, 84/491/EEC, 86/280/EEC, and amending Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and Council.
