Regulation on contents and manner of submitting the application for deliberate introduction of genetically modified organisms into the environment.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the Croatian Law on genetically modified organisms, prescribes the detailed content and manner of submitting the application for obtaining related permits or authorizations for the deliberate release of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) into the environment, including rules for obtaining permits for the deliberate release of GMOs into the environment with abbreviated procedure.
The Annex is part of this publication (containing detailed list of information required in applications for the introduction of genetically modified organisms with the exception of higher plant species; and list of information required in applications for the introduction of genetically modified senior plant species (GMVBV)-Gymnospermae and Angiospermae).
