Regulation on the control of building energy certificates and reports on energy audits of buildings.

This Regulation provides for: the conditions and criteria necessary for the issuance and revocation of the authorization to perform official controls on building energy certificates and control reports on energy audits of buildings; the procedures for the issuance and revocation of authorization for the control execution; the re-issue of the implementation of controls; the rules governing the conduction of authorized persons and exclusions at work; the register of authorized persons; the reports on energy audits and energy certification; the commission for checking applications for the issue of official controls; the obligations of investors, owners and occupiers of the buildings; the undertaking of authorized persons that can conduct an energy audit; the compliance with the negative control reports; the fess related to the performed control and audit; other important technical issues prescribed by the Annex.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
