Abstract
This Regulation provides all general control measures necessary when dealing with certain harmful animal diseases (diseases listed inside Annex 1) on the territory of the Croatian Republic, and in particular various standards in the event of an outbreak of the swine vesicular disease.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of articles 14.2, 17.7, 19.7 and 21 which will enter into force on the day of the Croatian accession into the European Union.
