Regulation on the criteria for determining the amount of fees and the manner of their calculation and payment for the coverage of costs of official controls of food and general use items that are imported into the Republic of Croatia.

This Regulation sets the criteria for the collection of fees (sorted as direct revenue of the state budget) related to the cost of some official controls of food and general use items that are imported into the Republic of Croatia.
This Regulation provides the terms for the implementation of various rules and practices also defined by the following documents: Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on official supervision in order to ensure the compliance with regulations on food and animal feed, and rules on animal health and welfare and determining the costs of official controls of food and materials and articles intended to come into direct contact with food carried out by sanitary inspectors at the border.
