Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the marks, indications and designations necessary for the correct, secure and environmentally safe navigation on waterways in internal waters and on territorial sea of the Croatian Republic.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on the designations and methods of indications on internal waterways and on territorial sea of the Croatian Republic (Official Gazette 40/94) will be no longer in use.
