Regulation on designations of origin and geographical indications for agricultural products and foodstuffs.

This Regulation prescribes the: special conditions for raw materials and animal food in exceptional cases of registration of authenticity; content specifications of the agricultural product or foodstuff; conditions under which a natural or legal person can be considered as applicant; application form for registration of the designation of origin or geographical indications and documents that must be submitted with the application for registration; form of the single registration document; terms and conditions for the implementation of the registration of designations of origin and geographical indications, and the composition of the expert committee that conducted the registration process; application form for the submission of objections and complaint related to the documents that must be submitted with the forms; content of the Register of designations of origin and geographical indications; records of content users registered for the designations of origin and lists of users that are registered; application form for inclusion in the Register and the documents submitted with the request for inclusion in the Register; application form for an amendment of product specifications, content and documents to be submitted with the form; application form for advertising solutions on the registration of designation of origin or geographical indications; cost of the registration process of designation of origin or geographical indications; application form for accreditation of the certification bodies and documents that must be submitted with the application for authorization and the conditions that must be met by certification bodies; obligations of certification bodies according to the Ministry responsible for agriculture; application form for registration for the member states of the European Union and the countries which are not members of the European Union and the documents that must be submitted with the application for registration.
