Abstract
This Regulation lays down detailed rules for animals and animal products intended for export to third countries, which is done through the Croatian territory, and one or more Member States of the European Union.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to animals and animal products.
Each shipment of animals exported from the Croatia in a third country must be accompanied by certificates which, when necessary, contain additional guarantees established by the EU regulations relating to animals intended for slaughter.
Certification must meet the following requirements: a) be prepared in at least one of the official languages of the Member State of origin and in at least one of the official languages of the state of destination; b) list of the individual recipient or entity that performs export procedures at the exit point; c) indicate the place of destination and exit point.
