Regulation on determination of reserves and exploitation of mineral raw materials.

This Regulation determines necessary procedural and technical rules and issues regarding the exploration of mineral deposits, the division of mineral deposits, the categorization of mineral reserves, the classification of mineral reserves, the economic justification of the exploitation of mineral resources, the calculation of mineral reserves, the determination of the quality of mineral resources, the professional work of preparing reports on mineral reserves. This text further defines the obligations preparation of studies on reserves of mineral resources, mandatory content of studies on reserves of mineral resources, method of preparation of studies on reserves of mineral resources, issues related to the work of the commission for determination of reserves of mineral resources, forms and records of reserves of mineral resources and balance sheet of reserves of mineral resources.
