Regulation determining the reserves and exploitation of mineral raw materials.

This Regulation provides for the complete set of rules and issues as regards the Croatian based reserves and consequential exploitation of mineral raw materials.
This Regulation concretely determines the: manner for the conduction of research of deposits of mineral raw materials, the division of mineral deposits, categorization of mineral resources reserves, classification of reserves of mineral resources, economic justification of exploitation of mineral raw materials, calculation of mineral resources reserves, determination of mineral raw materials quality, expert work on elaborate on mineral resources reserves preparation of the report on the reserves of mineral raw materials, mandatory content of the study on mineral resources reserves, method of preparation and equipping of the study on mineral resources reserves, commission for determining reserves of mineral raw materials, forms and records on reserves of mineral raw materials and balance sheet of reserves of mineral raw materials.
