Abstract
This Regulation designates zones and agglomerations according to the officially recognized categories of air quality on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
Air quality categories are determined according to air pollution levels, assessed through analysis and modelling of existing data related to the major pollutants (sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, benzene, hydrogen sulphide, gaseous mercury and heavy metals-lead, cadmium, nickel and arsenic).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation (containing the map marked by zones).
