Regulation determining areas with natural and other restrictions.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, defines areas with natural and other restrictions in accordance with article 71 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2 December 2021 on establishing rules on support for strategic plans drawn up by member states within common agricultural policies (strategic plans within the CAP) and which are financed from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). The status of belonging to areas with natural and other restrictions is determined at the level of local self-government units based on studies that determine areas with natural restrictions or other special restrictions with calculations and determination of the value of context indicator number 41, Organic matter in the soil" and number 42, "Soil erosion by water" for the program period 2021-2027. for the purposes of implementing the interventions of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027.
