Abstract
This Regulation determines the competent authorities for the management and control of the implementation of the operational program for fisheries, as defined in the article 5 of the Law on marine fisheries (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 81/2013).
The Regulation further defines that the body of the audit (the body responsible for the review over the implementation of the Operational Programme for Fisheries) will be the Agency for audits on the implementation of EU programs.
