Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the documents required to publish a tender for the sale, rent and lease of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia and related fish farm concession standards.
The documents required to publish a tender for the sale of agricultural land shall include: Land registry certificates with the ownership registered in the name of the Republic of Croatia; Title deeds; Certificate of the unit of local self-government, stating that the agricultural land in question is included in any form of disposal with agricultural land; Certificate of the Administrative Authority of the County, in charge of physical planning stating that in accordance with the relevant physical plan the agricultural land in question is outside the limits of the development area; Response of the Administrative Authority of the County stating whether for the agricultural land in question an application for the restitution of property has been submitted in accordance with the Law on compensation for property taken away under Yugoslav Communist regime (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 92/96, 39/999, 92/99, 43/00, 131/00, 27/01, 34/01, 118/01 and 80/02); Certificate of Hrvatske šume d.o.o (Croatian Forest Service) stating that cadastral plots are not included in forest management plan and programme; List of plots with their starting prices in accordance with the Regulation to determine the starting price; Response of Hrvatske vode (Croatian Water Agency) stating whether and which agricultural land is a public water asset, whether it is located in sanitary protection zones; Response of Hrvatske autoceste (Croatian Public Highway Service) stating that agricultural land is not located on a route of a future motorway; Response of Hrvatske ceste (Croatian Public Road Service) stating that the agricultural land is not located on a route of a future road; Response of HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o., Razvoj i građenje (Croatian Railway service) stating that the agricultural land in question is not located on a route of a future railway line.
