Abstract
This Regulation sets out detailed rules as regards the possible donation of food and feed, including the related conditions to be fulfilled by intermediaries in such food donation chain. This text further determines the content and manner of keeping the Register of intermediaries in food donation.
List of reference terms (European Union Regulations) is in article 2. Chapter 1 deals with general issues on food donation; Chapter 2 provides the same rules as regards the donation of feed or animal feedstuff.
The Annex is also part of this publication (Annexes I and II; containing the application form for entry into the Register of intermediaries in the food donation chain; and food donation report form or sheet).
