Regulation on ecological heterogeneous material.

This Regulation here regulates the production and placing on the market of agricultural reproductive material from organic heterogeneous material. Agricultural reproductive material from ecologically heterogeneous material actually includes cereals, fodder plants, beets, vegetable species, potatoes, oilseeds and fiber plants, vines, fruit species and ornamental plants. All suppliers of agricultural reproductive material from organic heterogeneous material, before commencing their activities, as subjects in organic production, must be included in the organic farming control system and entered in the Register of Organic Subjects. All technical sheets and related indications are given in the Annex of this text.
