Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary requirements and criteria for environmental impact assessment related tasks, the content of the environmental impact assessment study if the study content is not specified by the instruction, various administrative and technical issues regarding the professional qualifications, and other relevant issues.
Environmental impact assessments are required, among others, for the following activities: chemical plants for the production of basic plant protection products and biocides, for the production of basic pharmaceutical products using chemical or biological procedures; disposal of hazardous waste; waste management centers; buildings for intensive poultry production and breeding of pigs; and slaughterhouses.
The Annex is an integral part of this publication.
