Abstract
This Regulation stipulates the necessary phytosanitary measures in the event of suspected and confirmed infection by the harmful organism Phytophthora ramorum Werres, De Cock & Man in 't Veld sp. new. (on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
This text transposes the provisions contained in the following documents: Commission Decision 2002/757/EC of 19 September 2002 on provisional emergency phytosanitary measures to prevent the entry of Phytophthora ramorum Werres, De Cock & Man in 't Veld sp. nov; and its amending Commission Decision of 18 December 2013.
