Abstract
This Regulation hereby establishes the Croatian IPPC Forum (International Plant Protection Convention related body as regards the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
The Croatian IPPC Forum represents the calling of stakeholders interested in developing the best available techniques, in accordance with the Industrial Emissions Guidelines.
The management of the Croatian IPPC Forum will be under the authority of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Nature (Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development), the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of the Economy in the form of a Steering Board.
The role of the Croatian IPPC Forum is to monitor the development of the best techniques and organization of the information exchange system on the best available techniques.
