Abstract
This Regulation hereby updates the previous administrative decisions and newly establishes the Croatian national Commission for cross-sector policy co-ordination and mitigation and adaptation measures for climate change.
The above mentioned Commission makes recommendations to the Government of the Republic of Croatia on overall policy and mitigation and adaptation measures for climate change, provides policy support in the implementation of climate change mitigation and adaptation policies and measures.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy is responsible for performing the technical and administrative tasks of the Commission.
The above mentioned Commission makes recommendations to the Government of the Republic of Croatia on overall policy and mitigation and adaptation measures for climate change, provides policy support in the implementation of climate change mitigation and adaptation policies and measures.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy is responsible for performing the technical and administrative tasks of the Commission.
