Abstract
This Regulation establishes the Commission for Economic Basis in the freshwater fisheries sector.
The Commission shall be re-established to validate the basis and annual management plans in accordance with the provisions of article 34 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Law on freshwater fisheries (Official Gazette 106/01).
