Regulation on the Examination of Performances for Breeding Fish and Other Marine Organisms.

This Regulation provides for: a) the program for the investigation of the performance of breeding fish and other marine organisms; b) the form and manner of issuing certificates of qualification to perform breeding; c) the form, content and manner for keeping the register of issued certificates related to the qualifications to carry out the breeding activities.
Necessary topics, part of the programmed exams, related to the certifications necessary for conducting the fish and other marine organisms breeding activities are: a) the importance of fish and other marine organisms for the Republic of Croatia; b) selection and management of sites for the cultivation; c) measures for the conservation of breeding areas; d) biological characteristics of fish and other marine organisms suitable for the cultivation activities; e) breeding technology and standards to be applied; f) knowledge of Laws and Regulations related to the fish and marine organisms breeding sector.
