Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the rules governing the extension of concessions for the aquaculture related activities.
In order to prevent an economic damage that could occur due to inability to perform the activities of breeding fish and other aquatic organisms due to the expiration of the concession for the use of inland waters, the concession for exploitation of ground waters for the cultivation of fish and other aquatic organisms, this Regulation sets new timeline limits for the extension of the approved concession.
